A typical evening consists of drum circle facilitation and games atraining, along with rhythmic instruction. At most trainings, a clinical discussion and Q&A with a trauma expert also presents information, techniques and experiences.

At a weekly drum rehearsal, we spend the first hour drumming and learning new techniques, and the second hour having a clinical discussion and Q&A with a trauma expert.

After attending 4 Beat Brigade trainings, They will have the opportunity to travel locally; After 12 trainings, to travel internationally. Bring your own drum if you've got one, or use one of ours!
